page will be used to announce workshops, for law enforcement agencies, on how
to form volunteer squads consisting of retired law enforcement officers.
We held our first workshop on Sept. 17th, 2004 at the Umpqua Community College in Roseburg. If any Law Enforcement Agency is interested in forming a voluntary cold case squad they can contact us at 4coldcasecowboys@gmail.com If you are unable to attend or host a workshop we will e-mail to you, our workshop outline for forming a Cold Case Squad of your own.
