JURISDICTION
The Cold Case Cowboys are no longer an investigative body, under that name, for the Douglas County Sheriff's Office.  However, the Cold Case Squad of the DCSO, in Roseburg, OR are sworn officers and therefore they can & do investigate crimes which fall under the jurisdiction of the Douglas County Sheriff's Office. In other words, they can only investigate cases happening within Douglas County, OR.
